Seniors Gather at Gypsy Hill Park

ssc-headerLast Thursday approximately thirty seniors from Staunton Senior Center and Waynesboro Senior Center joined at Gypsy Hill Park for the monthly health program entitled “Relaxation in the Park”, presented by health program team members including Shelly Lam, Anna Stell, and Jessica Miller.

These ladies provided yoga, deep breathing, a relaxing visualization exercise, and an aromatherapy table complete with hand massages which left men’s and women’s hands feeling ultra smooth and smelling great!

Members enjoyed the beautiful weather, fellowship, and the laid back morning before reconvening at SSC for lunch and prize bingo, the number totaling fifty by then! It was May birthday celebration and Red Hat Day as well, so with the addition of some extra homemade food and cake, it was a very celebratory day!
