Route 692 in Albemarle County to remain closed overnight Wednesday

A pipe replacement project on Route 692 (Plank Road) in Albemarle County will require an overnight closure between Route 250 (Rockfish Gap Turnpike) and Route 691 (Ortman Road). Work was originally scheduled to finish by 4:30 p.m. today.

Motorists should continue to use the posted detour route.
