The Virginia Department of Transportation has installed new traffic signals on Route 256 at the Interstate 81 exit 235 northbound and southbound ramps. This location is in the Weyers Cave and Blue Ridge Community College area in Augusta County.
The new signals will go into flash mode on Thursday, Feb. 9 and then into full operational mode on Tuesday, Feb. 14.
Motorists should be aware of this new traffic pattern change and drive with caution in this area.
