Downtown Staunton: Outdoor dining to return to Beverley Street in April

As the weather turns warmer, Downtown Staunton will soon be bustling with visitors and residents shopping and dining on weekends.

The popular Shop & Dine Out in Downtown program returns on Friday, April 3, offering expanding outdoor experiences.

Beverley Street will close to vehicles from Lewis Street to Market Street every weekend beginning on Friday at 4 p.m. until Monday at 7:30 a.m. The program will run until Nov. 2.

Cross streets will remain open to traffic.

On the weekend of Juneteenth and Independence Day, the program will also include Thursday evening, and on the weekend of Memorial Day and Labor Day, the closure will extend until Tuesday at 7:30 a.m.
