Candlelight vigil Sunday for Waynesboro mother, daughter killed by drunk driver

policecar3A candlelight vigil for Sandra and Haylee Martin, who were killed when a drunk driver ran a red light in Augusta County on Monday, is scheduled for Sunday at 6 p.m. in the parking lot at Kate Collins Middle School, where Haylee was a sixth-grade student.
