brcc-headerBlue Ridge Community College is hosting an exhibit by landscape photographer Hullihen Williams Moore entitled “Shenandoah: Views of Our National Park.”

Moore will discuss his work on Thursday, September 4, from 3-4 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center Black Box Theater, followed by a reception in the gallery from 4-5:30 p.m. Both are free and open to the public.

Moore’s photography seeks to let others know the wonder and power of nature, as well as the mystery and beauty of historic and rural structures.

The exhibit, part of the Appalachian Heritage Arts Series, is partially funded by a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts, and features music, art, dance and lectures centering on mountain places, people and culture.

The exhibit will be displayed through September 29. Gallery hours are MondayFriday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
