FMS to host nation’s top postgrad teams in Best Western Caisson Shootout

Several of the nation’s top postgrad and prep basketball teams will be in Waynesboro this weekend for the Best Western Plus Wayneboro Caisson Shootout.

In addition to the host Fishburne Military School, which was ranked #3 in the Mason-Dixon Combine preseason top 10, the lineup includes preseason #1 Hargrave Military Academy, #6 Massanutten Military Academy and St. John’s Northwestern Military Academy, which was #14 in the preseason top 20 list put together by Recruit Dirt.

Also on hand for the weekend are Gray Military Academy (S.C.), Kiski School (Pa.), Miller School (Va.) and Rise Academy (Pa.).

The action begins on Thursday at 2 p.m. with the tipoff game pitting Miller School and St. John’s. There will be four games each day from Thursday-Saturday.
