A Ruckersville man is dead from injuries in a one-vehicle accident in Greene County on Sunday.
According to Virginia State Police, Kody Lee Oliver, 26, of Ruckersville, died when the 1994 Toyota 4Runner that he was driving south on Wyatt Mountain Road when the vehicle ran off the left side of the roadway and overturned at 7:16 a.m. on Sunday.
Oliver died at the scene. He was not wearing a seat belt, per VSP, which says that alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
