The Waynesboro Farmers Market is inviting farmers, food producers and local makers to join its thriving marketplace for the 2026 season.

Led by Project Grows, the market kicks off on Saturday, May 9, at the Constitution Park Pavilion.

The priority deadline for vendor applications is March 1.

The Waynesboro Farmers Market prioritizes accessible, locally grown food while creating economic opportunities for regional growers and small businesses.

The market welcomes more than 600 customers each week and offers programs such as:

  • Virginia Fresh Match, doubles SNAP/EBT benefits
  • WIC
  • Senior Farmers Market Nutrition programs

The Waynesboro Farmers Market is supported by Waynesboro Economic Development and Tourism, Waynesboro Parks and Recreation, Virginia Fresh Match and the Virginia Farmers Market Association.

The Waynesboro Farmers Market runs through Oct. 31. It is offered every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
