The driver of the Toyota, Constance Bradshaw, 69, of Faber, Va., died en-route to the hospital.

he driver of the tractor-trailer, Yosef Malik, 53, of Florida, was treated at the scene for minor injuries. He was wearing a seat belt.

The driver of the Honda, Philip Theisen, 60, of Forest, Va., was transported to Lynchburg General Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. Theisen was wearing a seat belt.

The State Police Accident Reconstruction Team and Motor Carrier Safety Team both responded to the scene to assist with the investigation, which remains ongoing at this time.
