Mommy and Me Children’s Consignment Shop and Off the Wall Photography in Staunton are teaming up for an all-day event on Saturday coinciding with the annual state school sales-tax holiday.
The event at the 1210 Greenville Ave. location for Mommy & Me Children’s Consignment Shop will feature 50 percent off all summer clothing and 10 percent off all non-clothing items at the consignment shop and onsite children’s back-to-school photos from Off the Wall Photography.
Representatives from Avon, Scentsy, Barefoot Books, Partylite, Creative Memories, and Tastefully Simple Gourmet Foods will also be onsite to participate in the back-to-school celebration.
“We’re so excited about this event,” said Kimberly Dritto of Mommy & Me. “I come from a family that has struggled with many medical concerns and challenges. For me, it’s a source of pride that we can offer designer and brand names for children that are still affordable in a difficult economy. We’re a young business and this is our first major event, but we also hope to have fundraisers throughout the year that support children and families in need.”
