The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory for Waynesboro, Staunton and Augusta County through 10 p.m. Monday. The strongest winds are expected in the Shenandoah Valley Monday afternoon and into Monday evening. Winds will be sustained in the 20 to 30 mph range, with gustss 45 to 55 mph.
