The website features details on the upcoming 14th annual Festival, which takes place in Waynesboro, Va., the weekend of April 12-13, 2014. Over 50 onsite exhibitors will have the latest in fly fishing equipment, fly tying and guide services. Beginner to expert anglers will enjoy nonstop lectures on where, when and how to fly fish in the Mid-Atlantic and beyond.

AFP worked with SAAA to achieve a custom redesign of the existing website, which features detailed information on the nonprofit organization that provides high quality services and opportunities that enhance the dignity and independence of seniors.

Fishburne Military School’s postgrad basketball team is ranked #2 in the Dec. 2 NextUp Recruits national PG basketball poll. FMS (9-1) swept three games at the Nov. 15-17 Kiski School National Prep Tourney and two games at the Nov. 22-23 NERR Prep Showcase, including a 74-69 overtime win over #6 New Hampton on Nov. 23.

Healthy Connections health event at Boys & Girls Club

A neighborhood health event, Healthy Connections, will be held on Thursday, Dec. 12 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Waynesboro Boys & Girls Club. The event is a cooperative project of Augusta Health, Augusta Free Clinic, the Boys and Girls Club, Med Assist, Enroll Virginia, the Valley Community Services Board, and local providers.
