The flashing yellow arrow is intended only for left-turning traffic, and indicates that drivers may turn left after they yield to oncoming traffic.

The following is a list of highway work that might affect traffic in the Staunton transportation district during the coming weeks. The Staunton district is comprised of 11 counties: Alleghany, Bath, Rockbridge, Augusta, Highland, Rockingham, Shenandoah, Frederick, Page, Warren and Clarke.

Tomorrow, Friday, Nov. 20, the Virginia Department of Transportation will be painting the center lines on Interstate 64 west from mile marker 145 in Louisa County to mile marker 126 in Albemarle County.
