Due to the UVA football game against Boise State on Friday, Charlottesville Area Transit will detour the Free Trolley. Bus stops along Maury Avenue, Alderman Road, McCormick Road, and portions of Jefferson Park Avenue will not be served.
The detour will begin at 6 p.m. and continue through the end of service. Kickoff is scheduled for 8 p.m.

On Thursday, the City of Charlottesville will hold an open house to celebrate the one-year anniversary of its Downtown Job Center (DJC), located at 201 East Market Street, in the lower level of the Jefferson-Madison Regional Library. The open house will be held from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
