  • Wednesday night is Holiday Sweater Night at JPJ. Fans are encouraged to wear their festive holiday garb to the arena, especially UVA-themed attire
  • This is the second-straight game for the Cavaliers against a team with an Eagles mascot after downing the Coppin State Eagles, 55-41, on Sunday
  • The game against Radford on Saturday, Dec. 8 is the Cavaliers’ last home game before Christmas. The next time UVA will be at JPJ will be on Sunday, Dec. 30 to host Charlotte in the final non-conference game of the season
  • Sophomore guard Khyasia Caldwell (Pocono Summit, Pa.) topped her then-career-high nine-point performance at Michigan State on Wednesday by scoring 11 points against Coppin State on Sunday
  • In the last two games, Caldwell has scored a combined 20 points on 9-of-11 shooting (81.8 percent)
  • Caldwell was 5-of-5 from the field against Coppin State, the first time a player was perfect with at least five attempts since Sarah Imovbioh went 7-of-7 against Louisville on March 1, 2015
  • Junior forward Shakyna Payne (Acworth, Ga.) scored a career-high seven points, playing a career-high 26 minutes against Coppin State
  • Junior guard Dominique Toussaint (Staten Island, N.Y.) had her team-leading sixth double-digit scoring effort of the season against Coppin State
  • Junior guard Jocelyn Willoughby (East Orange, N.J.) grabbed a career-high 14 rebounds against Coppin State
  • Willoughby has three-straight games of double-digit rebounds, averaging 12.7 per game in that span
  • Willoughby has moved up to being tied for 11th in the ACC, averaging 8.3 rebounds per game
  • Virginia is fourth in the ACC in three-point shooting efficiency, making 36.1 percent of its long-range attempts
  • Willoughby is shooting 50.0 percent from three-point range (13-of-26), tied for second in the ACC
  • Sophomore guard Brianna Tinsley (Madison, Va.) is 12th in the ACC in made threes per game (2.1)
  • A different player has led the team in scoring in each of the last three games (Martinsen 15 vs SLU; Tinsley 19 at Michigan State; Toussaint 14 vs Coppin State), but Willoughby has led the team in rebounding in each of the last three games
