William & Mary choir to sing at Trinity Church

The Choir of the College of William and Mary will perform at the historic Trinity Church in Downtown Staunton on Tuesday, March 20 at 7:30 p.m.

Admission is free and open to the public.

The concert is part of the choir’s annual spring tour of Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

The program will feature works by classical composers Liszt and Mahler, as well as American and Haitian folk songs.

Eleanor Sheridan of Staunton is a member of the choir in her senior year at William and Mary.

The William and Mary Choir performed twice for Queen Elizabeth II, and toured in Italy and Greece in 2011.
