Two Mark Warner campaign events scheduled for Monday in Waynesboro have been postponed.

There was no word from the campaign as to why the events had to be taken off the schedule. An e-mail from the campaign noted that all events scheduled for Sunday and Monday had to be taken down for undisclosed reasons.

Warner had also been scheduled for a campaign stop in Staunton on Monday. That event as well has been taken off the schedule.

Warner has not made a campaign visit to Waynesboro in 2008. He had been scheduled for two events in August that had to be put on the shelf when he suffered an injury in a pickup basketball game.
