Waynesboro Symphony Orchestra announces ‘Symphonic Masquerade’ fundraiser

waynesboro symphony orchestra The Waynesboro Symphony Orchestra presents “Symphonic Masquerade — An Evening of Wizards and Sorcery” at The Paramount Theater on Oct.25 at 7:30 p.m.

The annual fundraising pops concert will feature magical music from the films of Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, The Chronicles of Narnia and The Wizard of Oz as well as the symphonic tone poem “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice” and more.

Balcony tickets include free hors d’oeuvres before the show, an open bar and a reception after the concert upstairs.

Orchestra tickets include a cash bar.

Tickets range from $10 to $90 per person.

The Paramount Theater is located at 215 E. Main St. on the Downtown Mall in Charlottesville.
