The City of Waynesboro is offering two residents two options for disposal of their Christmas trees.

The first: place it out where your trash can is located (alley or curbside) by 6 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 6, and crews will collect them during the week of Jan. 6-10.

The second: you also have the option to bring your tree to the drop off location at Public Works Operations located at 900 Essex Ave., just across from North Park, off of Bridge Avenue. Look for the drop off sign just outside the gate.

Please remove all decorations from trees as they will be ground into mulch.
