Virginia Tech went on the road and won a nail-biter over Clemson, 82-81. Seth Allen hit several big shots to spearhead the Hokies offense as he scored 17 points and dished out 6 assists. Jaron Blossomgame led the Tigers with 20 points.

OK, now it’s official, with UVA Athletics announcing Ryan Odom as the next head men’s basketball coach at Virginia, and setting a press conference for Monday at 3 p.m. at JPJ to introduce Odom to the world.
A season that started with a beatdown in the ACC/SEC Challenge is now at the stage of the ACC having just one team left in the NCAA Tournament.
