UVa.-Maryland basketball game moved back due to President Obama visit

uva-logo-new2Due to the appearance of President Barack Obama in Charlottesville, Va., on Monday, Feb. 10, the Atlantic Coast Conference announced that UVa.’s home men’s basketball game with Maryland, originally scheduled for a 7 p.m. tip, has been moved to a 9 p.m. start.  As a result, working in conjunction with ESPN, the game will now be televised on ESPNU.

With the change, the Miami at Florida State game, originally scheduled for 9 p.m. on ESPNU, will move into the “Big Monday” slot on ESPN with a 7 p.m. tip.
