Update on Deeds Staunton, Waynesboro visits

Chris Graham

The campaign trail is not as much a schedule as a continuum, as we were reminded again today. There have been a couple of changes to the schedule for Democratic Party gubernatorial nominee Creigh Deeds’ planned two-day visit to Staunton and Waynesboro.

A 5 p.m. Thursday rally in front of Mill Street Grill in Downtown Staunton has now been moved to 7 p.m. The next day, Friday, an event has been added to Deeds’ Waynesboro visits, a 10 a.m. walking tour of Downtown Waynesboro that will include stops at the Wayne Theatre, Blue Moon Galleries and Short and Sweet Bakery.

The 11 a.m. Deeds stop at the Waynesboro Democratic Party Election ’09 headquarters in Willow Oak Plaza is still on as scheduled.
