Tactical & Survival Specialties Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of H. Michael Pattillo as National Military Sales Manager.

Pattillo, formerly the director of law enforcement and military sales at Bushnell and a valued friend to Tactical & Survival Specialties Inc. will lead the expanded national military sales team.

Pattillo says, “The mission of the new TSSI military sales team will be to form a designated, full-time military sales force in support of the TSSI product lines. We will focus on establishing relationships at the unit level for the day to day business and also at the program level for bigger contracts. We will be in front of the end users on a daily basis. We will work together with the TSSI inside sales force and existing outside TSSI sales representatives to bring a stronger presence to the marketplace for TSSI in support of daily operations and our new TLS contract.”

Pattillo’ career is deep in military experience. He started as a U.S. Army Ranger with the 2/75th Ranger Battalion, transferred to the 75th Ranger Regiment then to the 187th before finishing his military career in the 11th Special Forces Reserves. Following a decade of diplomatic protection and training, Pattillo got into the industry working for Crossfire LLC, Mepro-Light and Smith & Wesson before becoming the military sales manager for Uncle Mike’s (a merged division of Bushnell).

TSSI is a multi-functional, team-oriented corporation dedicated to the logistic support of military, law enforcement, and disaster response professionals worldwide. TSSI is recognized as a leader in providing tactical and operational support equipment as well as product training. TSSI’s corporate headquarters is located in Harrisonburg.
