… is so jam-packed that we had to get up and running with it before we could tell you everything that is going on today. Gov. Tim Kaine has unveiled his recommendations for dealing with the $2.9 billion state-budget shortfall. We’ve already reported on them and begun our work at analyzing the proposals from Kaine. Later today on the local-news front is the first meeting of the River City 2020 group of which AFP editor Chris Graham is a member.
