Stephen Strasburg lost for the first time in 2016 as the L.A. Dodgers topped the Washington Nationals, 6-3.
Strasburg (13-1, 2.83 ERA, 1.00 WHIP) was touched up for six runs on seven hits in six innings, striking out 10 and walking one for Washington (57-39).
The damage was done early, as the Dodgers (54-43) got a two-run homer in the first from Justin Turner to grab the early lead, then added four more in the third, the big blow there being a three-run homer from Turner.
Former Waynesboro General Adam Liberatore (2-0, 0.56 ERA, 0.84 WHIP) picked up the win in relief for Los Angeles.
