Steve Landes named Republican nominee for Augusta County Clerk of Court post

steve landesDel. Steve Landes, R-Weyers Cave, has been declared the official Republican nominee for the Augusta County Clerk of Circuit Court.

“I look forward to running as the Republican candidate for the Augusta County Clerk of Circuit Court,” said Landes. “If given the honor of serving as the 17th Clerk of Circuit Court, I pledge to the citizens of Augusta County to always work hard with dedication and enthusiasm on their behalf. I will always remember that the Clerk and the Office work for the people.”

Landes was declared the official Republican candidate since no other Republican candidates filed prior to the 5 p.m. deadline today. The Special Election will be held on November 5, 2019.

Landes, the Republican candidate for Augusta County Clerk of Circuit Court, represents the 25th House District, which includes parts of Albemarle, Augusta, and Rockingham Counties.
