Southbeach Weekend Getaway Miami Beach, FL. Feb. 6-9. Escape from the cold weather and break up your wintertime doldrums with a 4 day/ 3 night excursion to Miami Beach. Small Group Strength Training. Talk about a great workout! You’ll improve your core strength, flexibility, range of motion, and cardiovascular endurance. This class is a great addition to any workout routine if you’re looking to add variety. This class gets you where it counts! (You do not have to have a group in order to register.)
