Rockies stifle Baltimore in 3-1 O’s loss

baltimore oriolesJon Gray and three Colorado relievers limited Baltimore to six hits in a 3-1 Rockies win Wednesday night.

Gray (7-4, 3.94 ERA, 1.15 WHIP) got the win with seven solid innings, giving up a run on five hits, striking out three and walking two.

Dylan Bundy (3-3, 3.46 ERA, 1.42 WHIP) took the loss for the O’s, giving up three runs on two hits, striking out eight and walking one.

He was victimized by two homers, by Nick Hundley and David Dahl, in a three-run sixth.

Manny Machado (.311/.369/.552, 21 HR, 57 RBI) hit a solo homer in the sixth for Baltimore (58-42).
