Richmond Police have made an arrest in connection to a homicide that occurred on German School Road in July.
Detectives arrested Harry Hunter Jr., 46, of Richmond, and have charged him with murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a murder.
Hunter is being charged in connection with the July 14 shooting death of George Phillips Jr., 56, of Powhatan.
