Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim of a homicide on Sunday as a Henrico man.
Delantel Plummer, 41, was found on the ground yesterday with an apparent gunshot wound.
Police were called to North 28th Street at 5:07 p.m. for a man on the ground.
Plummer was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
