Richmond: Death investigation under way in West Baker Street fatal stabbing

Richmond Police have identified the victim in a death investigation that occurred on West Baker Street on Aug. 30.

Marshall Fields, III, 41, of Richmond, died at a local hospital after he was found down inside a building with an apparent stab wound.

Officers were called to the West Baker Street building at 2:56 p.m. for a report of unknown trouble.

The Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
