All high school students (grades 9-12) who are residents of Virginia’s Fourth Congressional District are invited to submit an original work of art.

Students should submit original artwork and include completed 2020 Student Information and Release forms by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, April 27, to one of Congressman McEachin’s two district offices:

  • Central Virginia Office: 110 N. Robinson Street, Suite 403, Richmond, VA 23220
