Redskins re-sign Chase Minnifield to active roster

redskins_scriptrThe Washington Redskins announced today that they signed UVA alum chase minnifield from the practice squad to their active roster.

The Redskins signed the following free agents to their practice squad:

  • CB Trey Wolfe
  • DB Kenny Okoro

The Redskins place the following player on their reserve/injured list:

  • CB Tracy Porter

Also, over the weekend, the Redskins released linebacker Akeem Jordan from their Reserve/Injured list.
