Podcast: UVA Sports Today breaks down Virginia vs. Virginia Tech

Chris Graham

virginiaWe know that one coach, Virginia Tech head man Frank Beamer, is stepping down at the end of the season. But might Saturday also mark the end for Virginia coach Mike London?

The UVA Sports Today podcast – with Augusta Free Press editor Chris Graham and UVA beat writer Scott German – break down the coaching situations at the two schools. It’s a football version of Lincoln-Douglas, with Chris making the case for how London, 27-45 in six seasons, could keep his job, and Scott deflecting with the much more sensible arguments as to why it makes sense to move in a new direction.

Oh, and eventually the guys get down to X’s and O’s for Saturday’s matchup, which has Tech favored by three in Vegas, and we end with Chris and Scott making their pre-game picks.
