Today’s UVA basketball game against VCU at John Paul Jones Arena will start as scheduled at 1:30 p.m. The sidewalks around JPJ will be maintained throughout the day. Parking in the Emmet/Ivy Garage today will be free to allow fans to have an option to park under cover.
