Tickets to the Opening Day games of the 2016 New York Life ACC Basketball Tournament are now on sale. Three first-round games are set for Tuesday, March 8, at Washington’s Verizon Center.
Tickets are priced at $29, $39 and $59 and must be purchased for admission to Opening Day of the 63rd annual tournament, which will run from Tuesday, March 8 through Saturday, March 12. Tournament ticket books are sold separately through the ACC’s member institutions and cover the Wednesday through Saturday sessions.
One ticket purchase grants admission to all three Tuesday games. The tournament opens at noon with the 12th-seeded team facing No. 13. The 2 p.m. game will place the No. 10 seed against No. 15. The arena will clear following the second game, and then re-open for Tuesday’s first-round finale between the tournament’s No. 11 and No. 14 seeds at 7 p.m.
