Prince William County authorities are searching for Travis Ray Russell, 41, who was last seen on Feb. 14, around 2 p.m. in Woodbridge.
Russell, according to police, has a medical condition that requires medication and may need medical attention.
Identifying details:
- Tattoo of “Samantha” on his right arm
- Tattoo of “LOVE” on his left forearm
- May be wearing a ballcap
