The Charlottesville Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance locating a runaway juvenile.
Nevaeh Jasmin Bowman was reported as a runaway on July 31.
She is a white female, 5’ 4” tall, weighing approximately 165 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Bowman also has a tattoo of a broken heart under her left eye.
Her age was not provided.
