Lynchburg Police say man who left hospital this morning is safe

Robert Beach has been located and is safe, according to an update from the Lynchburg Police Department.

 

missing hospital lynchburg Robert Beach The Lynchburg Police Department is searching for a 57-year-old man who left the hospital early this morning.

Robert Beach was last seen leaving Lynchburg General Hospital on Tate Springs Road at approximately 5 a.m.

He is considered missing and endangered due to an undisclosed medical condition.

Beach is described as 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds.

Police officers are actively searching for Beach at this time.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact the LPD non-emergency number at (434) 847-1602.

This is an ongoing investigation.
