Lynchburg: Part-time employee at J. Crew arrested after making bomb threat on Instagram

A part-time employee at a J. Crew customer service and distribution center in Lynchburg was arrested this morning after allegedly making a bomb threat on social media.

At 8:50 a.m. this morning, the Lynchburg Police Department responded to the facility on Ivy Cres Road. The threat, made on Instagram, was posted by a temporary employee.

Upon receiving the report, offices made contact with the individual who had posted the threat.

Following its investigation, 19-year-old Nakayla Foster was arrested in connection with the incident.

Foster has been charged with threat of arson, explosives and bombs.

She is being held in Blue Ridge Regional Jail with no bond.
