Local student wins Dick Graham Scholarship

Lauren CarterEach year, the Augusta Health Community Benefit Committee presents the Dick Graham Scholarship to an employee, employee’s spouse or employee’s child in honor of its first Chief Executive Officer, Dick Graham, and in recognition of his contribution to the organization for his many years of leadership.

This year’s recipient is Lauren Carter, daughter of Heather Carter, a clinical nurse leader in Endoscopy.  Lauren is a graduate of wilson memorial high school who has also attended Blue Ridge Community College.  She is transferring to Eastern Mennonite University this fall to complete her BS in Nursing.
