Keswick Hall split a $200,000 donation to three local nonprofits from the proceeds of ticket sales generated during the public tour period of the Southern Living 2025 Idea House.

The money went to:

  • Yellow Door Foundation, which provides free, long-term sanctuary lodging for families of pediatric patients undergoing treatment at UVA Children’s Hospital.
  • Hospice of the Piedmont, which offers compassionate end-of-life care and support to patients and their loved ones across Central Virginia.
  • Building Goodness Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to creating healthier, safer communities through construction-related services for those in need.

“Keswick Hall has always believed in the importance of giving back to the community that makes this region so special,” says Molly Hardie, owner of Keswick Hall. “The Southern Living Idea House brought incredible attention to Charlottesville and the surrounding area, and we are honored to extend that impact by supporting three organizations doing meaningful, life-changing work right here at home.”
