John Tracy returns to WTA’s Gateway accompanied by the musical talents of Richard Adams.  John invites the audience on a musical journey to discover the true treasures in life. Not only will he move your feet with his delightful melodies, but he will move your spirit with his infectious passion for life.  The performance is scheduled for 7:30pm on Friday, April 25 at 329 West Main Street in downtown Waynesboro.

After his last performance at the Gateway, clair myers had this to say about him:  “John is an exceptional musician. His original pieces are hallmarked by lyrics that move the audience. The complexity of his compositions and his skill in playing them create a sound that is marvelous to hear. As a singer, he projects a warmth and energy on stage that is infectious. When all of this is combined in one performer, you have an exceptional musical event.”

John Tracy’s music is for real people living real life. It is born of a desire to be transparent and share his experiences in life through his lyrics. John has been perfecting his skill on the acoustic guitar since the age of sixteen and pours his expertise as a lyricist into each word.  Through his introspective and resonating lyrics, he encourages his audience to focus on the people and relationships that are most important. His music implores society to cherish those relationships which build a positive and lasting legacy.  Grateful to have received recognition for his songwriting from various national and international organizations, John is celebrating the release of his fourth CD titled “I’ve Got To Find Myself”.

Opening the show for John will be Talent Night winner Sue Harlow. Make your plans now to join us with family and friends for an enchanting evening that will not only entertain you, but leave you moved and inspired.

Advance tickets for John Tracy’s performance are $10 and are available online at www.wtagateway.com or by calling the box office (540-943-9999).  Remaining tickets will be available at the door on the evening of the performances for $12. WTA’s Gateway box office opens thirty minutes prior to the performance start time.  Seating is limited so advanced reservations are suggested.  The April 25th performance will start at 7:30 pm at WTA’s Gateway at 329 W. Main St. downtown Waynesboro, VA.
