jmu logoJMU football is poised to advance to the NCAA FCS Playoffs.  The official NCAA FCS Playoff selection show will announce the participating teams on Sunday, November 23 at 11 a.m. and will be aired on ESPNU.

In anticipation of JMU potentially hosting a First-Round FCS Playoff game, the JMU athletic ticket office is accepting advance ticket orders now.

Season ticket holders will have through 5 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the game to renew their same seats.  Ticket orders from non-season ticket holders are also being accepted now.

  • Call or stop by the Ticket Office in the Convocation Center (540-568-3853), Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m..

 

Playoff Ticket Information: 

  • Season ticket holders’ seat locations will be guaranteed if orders are received by 5 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the game.
  • Order limits may be imposed if requests exceed availability.  Limits will be determined by your season ticket quantity and/or the Priority football ticket benefits for your Duke Club giving level (not anticipated for a first-round game).
  • Orders from non-season ticket holders for reserved seating will be accepted in advance and seat locations will be assigned following the priority deadline (5 p.m. on Tuesday prior to the game).
  • Ticket order from non-season ticket holders and for additional tickets will be assigned in order of Duke Club Priority following the deadline.
  • Duke Club members who are not season ticket holders will receive a R1 parking pass for any home FCS playoff games they attend.
  • Tickets will be delivered via email for you to print at home.  Tickets can be held at will call for an additional fee.  We strongly encourage Print at Home delivery by email.

 

Season Ticket Holder Information:

  • Season ticket holders’ seat locations will be guaranteed if orders are received by 5 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the game (see schedule below).
  • When ordering your playoff tickets online, you must link to your existing ticket office account to guarantee your seats and Duke Club Priority.  Contact the Athletic Ticket Office if you need your login information.
  • You will receive a new parking pass for your regular season parking location for each playoff game hosted at Bridgeforth Stadium.  It will also be sent via email for Print at Home delivery.
  • Seat upgrades and moves may be requested but cannot be guaranteed. All requests will be assigned in order of Duke Club Priority after the 5 p.m. Priority Deadline.
  • Orders received after 5 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the game will be seated based from the best available remaining seat locations.
  • Tickets and parking will be delivered via email for you to print at home.  Tickets can be held at will call for an additional fee.  We strongly encourage Print at Home delivery by email.
Tickets and parking will be sent via email as PDF attachments.  Please print your tickets and parking prior to game day to confirm you have your complete package.  Tickets held for Will Call, will be available for pickup starting at noon on the Wednesday prior to the game.  Tickets cannot be mailed. See pickup schedule below.

 

Priority Deadline and Ticket Pickup Schedule:Preorder by the Priority Deadline in order to guarantee your regular season seat locations and Duke Club Priority.  Tickets ordered by the deadline(s) will be available for pickup as described below.

If JMU travels to an away NCAA FCS playoff game or the Championship…      
  • Duke Club Priority Points will determine ticket locations and order fulfillment for away games.
  • Order quantities may be limited and will vary based on our allotment for each game.
  • Order online, call, or stop by the Athletic Ticket Office the week prior to the game to make your order (see hours below).
  • Check back on JMUSports.com for the most current ticket information and to order tickets online.
  • Tickets will not be mailed; please plan on picking up your tickets in advance or on game day.
