Forum on election-date change moved

Staunton City Council has rescheduled a public forum on a proposal on shifting the date for city elections from May to November that was scheduled for next week.
The scheduled Oct. 22 forum has been moved to Oct. 25 at 7:30 p.m.
The forum will now be held as part of the regular city-council meeting that night.
The meeting will be part of the regular council agenda next week.
