Fairfax Police are saying that a guy from Maryland stopped his car on Fairfax Boulevard one morning last month, chased a family of geese, and killed a baby goose.
The PD identified the perp as Ashton Stennett, 32, of Columbia, Md.
The incident was reported on June 11.
Fairfax Police reported in a release today that Stinnett was issued a summons on Tuesday.
