Chris Davis homered in the bottom of the 11th to lift Baltimore to a 7-6 win over Tampa Bay in 11 innings at Camden Yards Wednesday night.
Jonathan Schoop hit a two-run homer in the bottom of the ninth to tie the game at 6-6 and send the game to extras. Davis, leading off the 11th, ended it on a 3-0 pitch from Matt Andriese (3-5, 4.45 ERA). It was the second homer in the game for Davis, and his 38th of the season.
Brad Brach (5-2, 2.60 ERA) got the win with two innings of scoreless relief.
Kevin Gausman was tagged for four runs, three earned, on eight hits in two and a third innings in his start for the O’s (64-69).
