Bridgewater College shares public events to celebrate the holidays

Bridgewater College will celebrate the holidays with musical performances, caroling, holiday food and drink in December.

The public schedule includes a Journey of Lights and its Holiday Extravaganza musical show.

On Thursday, Dec. 4, BC presents its Journey of Lights in Bowman Hall at 7 p.m. The event includes student presentations and foods representing seasonal traditions from around the world. Following the Journey of Lights, musical performances, caroling and holiday food and drink will be offered in the Kline Campus Center lobby starting at 8:30 p.m.

Two shows will be offered of the popular Holiday Extravaganza featuring the Chorale, Concert Choir, Jazz Ensemble and Symphonic Band. The concert also features audience sing-alongs to get in the holiday spirit.

The shows will be held on Friday, Dec. 5 at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, Dec. 6 at 3 p.m.

The concerts will be offered in the Carter Center for Worship and Music.

All events are free and open to the public.
