Breaking: One dead, one flown to UVA, from Interstate 81 accident

One person is dead, and at least one other was flown to UVA Medical Center, after a single-vehicle crash at the 208 mile marker on Interstate 81 in Augusta County on Monday.

The crash occurred in the northbound lanes at 2:55 p.m., according to Virginia State Police.

This story is developing, and the crash remains under investigation.
